Biography:
Nancy Varian Berberick is the author of several fantasy novels, among which are the Dragonlance novels, Stormblade, Tears of the Night Sky, with Linda Baker, and Dalamar the Dark. Berberick has also written numerous short stories in the fantasy genre, many of those in the Dragonlance series. Her own works, novels and short stories, are steeped in folklore, mythology and legend. For fun, she translates Old English poetry and now and then threatens that one day she will have that long conversation with "Beowulf."
