Kathy Lette made her teenage debut as a novelist with Puberty Blues, co-written with Gabrielle Carey, which became a movie. After being a rock singer, a newspaper columnist in Sydney and New York, and a sitcom writer for Columbia Pictures in L.A., she settled down to writing internationally bestselling novels like Girls’ Night Out (1988), Foetal Attraction (1993) and Altar Ego (1998), and plays like "Perfect Mismatch". She lives in London with her husband and children.
