After a fourteen year career in law enforcement, including affiliations with the Dallas Police Department, The New Mexico State police, the Ventura Police and the Ventura County Probation Department where she was a superior court investigator, Nancy Taylor Rosenberg appeared on the literary scene in January, 1993.

In 1995, Nancy Taylor Rosenberg was voted Woman of the Year by the Boy Scout's of America. Her writing program, Voices of Tomorrow, targeting inner city youths, has received national attention.
